COTPA Strategic Framework Development

Client: Central Oklahoma Transportation and Parking Authority
Project Summary: TGC was retained in 1998 to begin development of a short-, mid-, and long-range plan of action framework to address pending non-attainment status for ozone in the Oklahoma City region. The framework was used to develop ways to reduce pollution, increase levels of service, enhance the profile of transit, offer new types of services, and spur economic development.
