Project Summary: TGC evaluated multiple sites for the HCTD Administrative facilily based on specific criteria. TGC managed the design process to ensure the development of a safe, effecient facility. Construction will be completed in summer 2010.

TGC planned the facility project, conducted the site selection and preliminary engineering, managed the final design process.  All administrative support activities related to the Hill Country Transit District will operate at this facility. Construction will begin in late December with a completion date of summer 2010.  TGC is tasked to oversee construction phase services.
