Project Summary: The Rochester-Genessee Regional Transportation Authority (RGRTA) has planned to develop a downtown multimodal transit terminal for several years.
Project Highlights
At the time, local controversy over a site and impacts on nearby development led to continual delays. RGRTA hired TGC to build consensus for the facility, further develop the site and facility requirements, devise an urban village development program for the surrounding area, develop a funding and joint development program, and assist in meeting Federal Transit Administration grant requirements.
