Houston, Texas
Client: City of Houston

Project Highlights
Mobility Planning
Utilizing the same criteria and methodology as in other regional mobility plans, TGC identified improvements through the year 2000. Improvements were prioritized in four phases. Each phase was based on increases in traffic volumes related to growth. Each phase identified required transportation improvements, estimated their costs, and recommended the most cost-effective financing strategies to expedite their completion within realistic timeframes.
