Andrew Knuppel, AICP, CFM, is a Senior Associate at The Goodman Corporation (TGC). He brings a wide variety of experience in long-range and redevelopment planning, community and economic development, hazard mitigation and resilience planning, and zoning administration and ordinance writing to support TGC’s diverse project portfolio. His portfolio spans scales from regional and citywide comprehensive plans to targeted redevelopment and urban design strategies. Andrew particularly enjoys designing and executing creative public engagement and qualitative methods as ways to enhance understanding of the planning process, develop community capacity, and embrace collective creativity in the built environment. He holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in urban and environmental planning from the University of Virginia.
