David Rogers is the Vice President of Engineering at The Goodman Corporation. David excels at coordinating with clients to move construction projects through the Texas Department of Transportation approval and oversight process. David is the go-to person to keep a construction project moving.
David holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Technology and a Master of Business Administration. Prior to joining the firm, he spent nearly 30 years with Texas Department of Transportation Houston District advancing many key regional transportation projects. David has many years of experience in implementation analyses, cost estimation, plan specifications, environmental assessments, construction logistics, and program preparation. He has led to the development of major projects such as the advance planning, engineering and ultimate funding for a new Pelican Island Causeway Bridge in Galveston.
David enjoys spending time with his grandkid, exploring the world and is an avid Houston METRO daily user.
