Jim Webb

Chief Executive Officer

Jim Webb, AICP, is the Chief Executive Officer at The Goodman Corporation where he manages the firm on a day-to-day basis and executes TGC’s strategic vision.  Jim is directly responsible for the oversight of planning, design, and construction phase activities for several special districts and municipal clients in the Houston area. He also plays a key role in cultivating a positive intergovernmental relationship between clients and their respective public agency partners

Mr. Webb holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning as well as a Master of Public Administration and is a Certified Planner with the American Planning Association.  Mr. Webb has experience working with and for Metropolitan Planning Organizations at both the Houston-Galveston Area Council (Texas) and at the Tri-County Regional Planning Commission (Illinois).  Jim’s passion for translating ideas into the built environment has brought significant public and private resources to help TGC clients expedite project delivery; even in the face of bureaucratic grant challenges. 

Jim spends his free time biking on Houston’s bayou greenways and training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
