Kara McManus is a Principal at The Goodman Corporation (TGC). She is responsible for administrative planning, including federal and state compliance, civil rights, procurement, and grant management for our clients. She has developed and completed civil rights compliance plans including Title VI Plans, Limited English Proficiency (LEP) Plans, Environmental Justice/ Title VI Site Equity Analyses, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program and Goals, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Paratransit Plans Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) plans, Transit Asset Management (TAM) Plans. In the procurement field, she has conducted hundreds of procurements, ranging from design and engineering, construction, rolling stock (buses, vans), software, operations services, maintenance, and a variety of other services, from planning through implementation. Kara enjoys working with her clients as an extension of staff to implement plans and projects successfully. Kara holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
