Mariana Raschke

Senior Associate I

Mariana Raschke, AICP, is a Senior Associate at The Goodman Corporation.  She manages active transportation planning projects that have result in new hike-and-bike trails throughout the Houston region. As a planner, Mariana quantifies the societal benefits of active transportation and other mobility projects and compares those benefits to the cost of the project. She also quantifies the economic benefits and the FTA Environmental Justice impacts of transportation projects. 

Mariana holds a Bachelor of Arts in French, Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and Master of Urban and Regional Planning and is a Certified Planner with the American Planning Association. She worked for the City of Houston Department of Neighborhoods, where she contributed to the City’s Open Data Initiative by collecting data on the availability of community services in Houston.  She is a subject matter expert in active transportation planning and has refined bike demand methodologies for TGC client projects.

Mariana loves to travel, listen to audio books, and spend time outside with her husband and daughter.
