Michael Prats is a Senior Associate at The Goodman Corporation (TGC). He brings a wide variety of experience in conducting community housing studies and plans that align local demographic, economic, and workforce assessments with in-person qualitative field research and stakeholder engagement to support data-driven decision-making and policy recommendations. He has a background in urban and regional planning with a focus on housing and local economic and community development. Michael particularly enjoys collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to achieve meaningful results. He holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning degree from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Texas State University.
