Noah Pope, AICP, is an Associate at The Goodman Corporation (TGC). He is responsible for a diverse workload that includes the researching, preparing, and writing of documents related to both short- and long-range mobility planning, the administration of construction projects, and the management of project budgets and schedules. He oversees project delivery from procurement through closeout, coordinating with contractors, monitoring compliance, and ensuring deliverables meet contractual and regulatory requirements. Furthermore, he has a deep understanding of federal, state, and local funding resources, which he leverages to secure and administer grants on behalf of TGC clients, guiding projects through application, award, reporting, and reimbursement. Noah enjoys complex problem solving and the pursuit of optimal solutions during task completion.
