Sheronda Ladell is a Senior Associate at The Goodman Corporation (TGC). She is responsible for organizing and administering procurement, contract administration, and compliance related tasks for our clients. She has managed and led the oversight of community development public facilities, infrastructure, and disaster recovery federally funded projects, ensuring compliance with HUD, GLO, FEMA, and local regulations. As a Project Management Professional, she enjoys being a part of TGC initiatives that strengthen the community, resilience, and quality of life for communities across Texas and beyond. Sheronda holds a Bachelor of General Studies degree from the Louisiana Tech University at Ruston and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix.
