Stephanie Kirschner, AICP, is the Environmental Specialist for The Goodman Corporation.  Stephanie researches and documents a project’s environmental data to satisfy the requirements of the National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA).  She stays current on latest NEPA requirements and educates clients on all changes. One senior Texas Department of Transportation reviewer said Stephanie’s work has been the “best environmental review work” that he has ever seen.

 Ms. Kirschner holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geology and Master of Urban Planning.  She is a Certified Planner with the American Planning Association.  She is the subject matter expert in mobility environmental planning and has completed hundreds of documents to support Categorical Exclusions and Environmental Impact Statements under NEPA and state regulations on transit, road, and sidewalk projects. Ms. Kirshner plays close attention to key issues include hazardous materials, cultural resources, and economic impacts that a transportation project may incur. She has completed training in Environmental Site Assessments for Commercial Real Estate; Section 404/10 Clean Water Act; Air Quality; and Hazardous Materials, among others.

Stephanie enjoys spending time with her niece and nephew, traveling, and is an heiress of the best fried chicken restaurant in Austin.
